| For over a half of a century Kay Doc Nilson a former professor and industry consultant, with a doctorate in dairy food science, has written volumes on improved processes and quality, and guided cheesemakers to better products. Some would say that Doc wrote the book on cheese making in America. His sons Jon and Brad Nilson grew up with the dairy industry and developed a passion for cheese making. Now they have the opportunity to work with their father again making their own Feta and Ricotta in Delta, Utah. Take this opportunity to enjoy their very fine product. |
